LOL - this blog is so funny. I just loathe baking, and you are such a wonderful little baker. I'm supposed to make cookies for a cookie swap at work tomorrow (gag). I was hoping to find a very easy but yummy recipe here, and surprisingly enough, you didn't let me down! (i say surprising because normally, you don't go for easy, but those ritz bitz things look mad easy - nice!)
